Enamor celebrates the spirit of all-woman teams with the We Are All Fabulous Awards – entries open  

From their carefully applied lipstick and perfectly groomed eyebrows to the fact that they wear exactly what they want to, you would likely shrug it off as normal to find out that they play drums as well. But scratch the surface, and what lies beneath is a unique story of change. This group of women in the small town of Danapur in Bihar are part of the state’s first all-woman band. Added to that is the fact that they are between the ages of 20 and 60, part of the Dalit community, and battling stereotypes through their music.

Now that’s a powerful example of what women can achieve when they work together. And Enamor is looking to celebrate this sense of sisterhood with the We Are All Fabulous Awards.

Women have been making a mark in every field for decades now. But what was unusual and uncommon in the past is now an undeniable wave. They have established themselves as heads of state and corporates, powerhouses in sports, entertainment, technology, and research. And while we all celebrate the Sandbergs, Serenas, and Majumdar-Shaws of the world, what of the thousands of women who are quietly making a difference and are rewriting gender stereotypes every day by coming together?

The Enamor We Are All Fabulous Awards are a chance to bring much-deserved recognition to your team or to a group of women you believe can inspire the world. The criteria is that it should be an all-woman team with an inspiring story to tell, making a difference through:

- Entrepreneurship

- Social impact

- Health, fitness and sports

- Art and entertainment

- Technology

- Education

It doesn’t matter what you’ve come together for – whether its catering, coaching, or coding and everything in between, if you’re an all-woman team of that has worked together on a business for four or more months, register here for the contest, and share your story with the world.

Head over to weareallfabulous.enamor.co.in to check out the details and participate. A jury of woman achievers will shortlist the finalists, which will be announced in December. One winner and one runner-up will be selected from each domain.

The winner from each domain will be eligible for the final grand prize - a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh, a dedicated feature on YourStory, a winner’s trophy, and a digital sticker that can be embedded on the company’s website. Applicants will be evaluated based on originality of idea, team spirit, risk-taking and the success achieved so far. The first runner-up will win Rs. 50,000. The winner and runners-up will also win Enamor lingerie makeovers. All participants will get gift vouchers from Enamor.
