Video-based learning platform Career Anna raises funding of Rs 3 Cr

The company aims to utilise the funds to launch a series of PRO Degree online learning programmes on artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, deep learning, DevOps and other new-age technologies that have an increasing demand in the market.

Online learning platform Career Anna has raised structured financing if Rs 3 crore from a group of angel investors represented by Subinder Khurana. Subinder is currently a Member of the Board at TiE Delhi, member of NASSCOM Product Council, and was earlier the Chair of TiE Entrepreneurship Nurturing Program and a NASSCOM-Emerge Mentor.

Career Anna enables students, professionals and even unemployed youth to ace exams, acquire skills and get into high growth careers. Users can select career paths and job roles they want to enter, undertake a programme to acquire industry skills or ace an entrance exam, do real-life industry projects and get hired by the ever-growing list of partner companies.

Varun Saxena, CEO of Career Anna, is an MBA from NITIE Mumbai and also holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from HBX-Harvard Business School.
