Consumer Insights Study 2018, conducted by 91mobiles, states that OnePlus is the most recommended smartphone brand for this year.

Nowadays, people are known to change their cell phones as frequently as seasons change. Done with the features offered by their existing sets and impressed by the promises offered by newer models, consumers are rapidly changing their smartphones.

With the Dhanteras and Diwali sales kicking in, many have been eyeing ecommerce platforms Amazon and Flipkart to get their hands on the latest smartphones. While brands come up a new handset every six months, the 'Big Billion' days and the 'Great Indian Festival' promise better discounts and sees a huge demand for smartphones.

Smartphone discovery platform, 91mobiles.com conducted a Consumer Insights Study 2018 to understand this dynamically changing customer preferences. The Gurugram-based company provides information and interactive tools to help customers decide which phone to buy and from where.

“The Consumer Insights Study done by us is a sincere effort to understand the changing inclinations of consumers towards various brands and also to gauge their current requirements when it comes to smartphone features,” said Nitin Mathur, Co-founder of 91mobiles.
