Friday December 14, 2018 , 1 min Read

Shapiro is an innovation evangelist, author and advisor. After a 15-year tenure with Accenture, today he is a keynote speaker, motivating people towards innovation. Shapiro has also penned five books – the most notable one being the Best Practices Are Stupid: 40 Ways to Out-Innovate the Competition.

He says, the more one concentrates on a particular milestone, the chances of achieving it become less likely. Instead his suggestion is to focus on the present.
