3one4 Capital announces Rs 350-crore Continuum I fund to focus on Series B+ rounds
Continuum I will curate opportunities from 3one4 Capital’s portfolio and invest during the growth stages of companies with cheque sizes between $3 million and $5 million.
3One4 Capital, one of the fastest growing VC firms in India, has launched Continuum I, a fund with a target corpus of Rs 350 crore ($50 million), and has completed its first close for commitments of Rs 150 crore. The fund will focus on investing in a curated selection of opportunities from 3one4 Capital’s portfolio during the growth stages of these companies. The fund’s objective is to develop a strategic and long-term partnership with top-tier institutional pools of capital globally, and help improve access to high-quality growth capital for portfolio companies across 3one4 Capital’s funds.
With the final close of this new fund and other initiatives in the pipeline, 3one4 Capital will manage a combined corpus of Rs 750 crore. Its new Limited Partners (LPs) are top-tier institutions, including a large US endowment and leading global conglomerate from Japan, Sojitz Corporation.

Exploring co-investment opportunities
The investors span multiple geographies and have synergetic interests in 3one4 Capital and its portfolio. These new LPs will explore co-investment opportunities in rounds raised by the portfolio companies, and will work closely with founding teams to help deploy and scale their value propositions globally.
With this new corpus, the team aims to enhance its deep involvement model across multiple stages and work more closely with founding teams to scale their current advantages and capture market leadership. Continuum I will focus on Series B+ rounds of companies from the 3one4 Capital portfolio with cheque sizes between $3 million and $5 million.
“Having built a robust pipeline, developed a proprietary software stack to manage end-to-end processes from deal sourcing to portfolio management and exit simulations, and finessed a deep involvement model with multiple founding teams, Continuum I is positioned as a natural evolution of this model at scale,” said Siddarth Pai, Founder of 3One4Capital.
