Tringbox raises Rs 5 crore seed funding
AI-first music technology startup Tringbox has raised around ₹5 crore in a seed funding round led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL, with participation from MGB Family Office, Paytm CBO Narendra Singh Yadav, and angel investors. Founded by Amandeep Singh Chawla, the startup is developing an environment-aware InStore AI Music Intelligence platform for commercial spaces.
After operating in stealth mode for a year, Tringbox is now deployed across more than 30 premium venues, including cafés, gyms, salons, restaurants, and retail stores. The company is also backed by NVIDIA Inception and AWS startup credits worth ₹1 crore, providing access to advanced AI tools and technical support as it scales its real-time music intelligence platform.

Ideabaaz partners with BeyondSeed for startup investments
Ideabaaz, a startup discovery and growth ecosystem, and BeyondSeed, a global investment and venture platform have announced the launch of IdeabaazBeyondSeed100, a Rs 100 crore Startup Investment Initiative designed to create a dedicated pathway for promising founders to access capital, mentorship, investor networks, and growth opportunities.
The initiative is designed to help startups move beyond visibility and unlock access to strategic capital, investor networks, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities. By creating a structured investment pathway, Ideabaaz and BeyondSeed aim to support founders at a stage where access to the right investors can significantly influence their businesses' trajectory.
The program will focus on startups emerging from Ideabaaz Season 2, Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026, and Demo Day, along with other entrepreneurship initiatives under the Ideabaaz umbrella. High-performing startups identified through the Ideabaaz ecosystem, particularly finalists from the Ideabaaz Startup Fest and the Top 10 ventures from the Demo Day, will gain direct access to IdeabaazBeyondSeed100.
N.A.N. GreenMet, Silox form battery recycling JV
N.A.N. GreenMet and Belgium-based Silox have formed a 50:50 joint venture, N.A.N. Silox GreenMet Pvt. Ltd., to establish an advanced lithium-ion battery recycling and critical minerals recovery platform in India. The venture aims to address India's dependence on imported battery-grade minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese. The Andhra Pradesh-based facility will process end-of-life batteries from electric vehicles, electronics, and energy storage systems. Planned in two phases, the project targets a capacity of up to 40,000 tonnes annually for battery shredding and 20,000 tonnes for hydrometallurgical processing. The company will also explore cathode active materials and second-life battery applications for stationary energy storage systems.
Amazon announces 10th Prime Day in India
Amazon has announced that the 10th edition of Prime Day in India will run from July 4 to July 6, offering 72 hours of deals, launches, and entertainment for Prime members.
