Madhav Krishna is the Founder and CEO of Vahan.ai. He has built one of India’s most scalable AI-driven platforms focused on connecting blue-collar workers with job opportunities, removing traditional barriers to employment through intelligent automation and inclusive technology design.
With an MSc in AI from Columbia University and prior experience in engineering and product roles at startups in the U.S., Madhav combines technical depth with a strong understanding of labour market challenges. His work at Vahan has been recognized globally—he was named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2022 and was invited to OpenAI’s Dev Day as one of the few founders building real-world, socially impactful applications of frontier AI technologies.
His expertise is particularly relevant to India’s AI and Future of Work agenda, given his track record in leveraging AI to enhance job access, reduce hiring friction, and empower underserved communities at scale.
