Radhika Bapat

Radhika Bapat is a clinical psychotherapist who is residing in India. She was awarded the distinguished position as “Young Emerging Psychologist” by the International Union of Psychological Science (IUPsyS). She has also been the recipient of awards for academic excellence. Among other honours that have come her way, she was invited as a speaker to Columbia University’s New York State Psychiatric Institute under their Global Mental Health Program. As a clinical psychologist, she used to head the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Mental Health at Sahyadri Hospitals, Pune from 2009-2018, after which she resigned from her post in order to reduce her travel time, increase her work-time and still gain time to spend with her family.
