Rahul Goyal is the Managing Director of ADP. As a business leader working to bring technology-led HCM solutions to employees across the world, he comes with nearly two decades of experience in business management, strategy, and talent management in the HR industry. He has managed diverse business lines, including HR outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, consulting, and HR automation. He led the entry of ADP into Singapore and the Philippines, with ADP’s presence expanding across Southeast Asia. Rahul’s most recent work is focused on providing technology-driven solutions in the HCM domain to a wide range of clients, and to continuously improve the Employee Experience. The entry of SaaS products into the HCM industry heralds a new wave of progress in human capital management, and he’s happy to be at the forefront of it at ADP.
