Founded in 2008, Biosense operates in the confluence of health technology and people and their vision is to touch and improve the lives of people by sensible and practical use of technology. They envision improving access to better healthcare by extending alternate and appropriate technologies that meets the needs of the masses. Biosense offers novel and affordable point-of-care diagnostic solutions for screening, diagnosis and management of chronic diseases in India. Its products include the SYNC Glucometer; Uchek, a smartphone-based portable diagnostics system; A1 Chek, a smart HbA1C (Haemoglobin A1C) meter; and the Remote Diagnostic Kit. In November 2019, Tulip Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd, an in-vitro diagnostic firm, acquired Biosense.
