Genpact partners with Google Cloud for GenAI capabilities
Genpact, a leading business process management company, has partnered with Google Cloud to help businesses accelerate artificial intelligence (AI) strategies, including taking advantage of generative AI’s adoption to drive actionable business insights.
Genpact is establishing a generative AI (GenAI) practice teaming with Google Cloud, and this partnership will leverage the latter's advanced GenAI capabilities to cater to enterprises in key industries, including consumer goods, retail, life sciences, healthcare, hi-tech, and financial services.
Through this partnership, Genpact and Google Cloud will accelerate their shared clients’ cloud, data, and analytics modernisation journeys to address the evolving needs of today's businesses.
Netskope opens new office in Bengaluru
Cybersecurity company Netskope has opened a new office in Bengaluru, given that it has doubled its team size over the last two years. According to the company, the Bengaluru centre will focus on engineering innovation with specialisation in the areas of AI and machine learning.
The Bengaluru office will also house Netskope’s local go-to-market team, which the company said has seen significant success during the five years it has pursued local sales. In the last financial year, the company claimed it has recorded solid growth from new and existing customers, driven by a go-to-market strategy focused on a network of tech partners and resellers with footprints in networking and security transformation projects.
Infosys gets top ranking by IDC for workplace services
Infosys has been positioned as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific Intelligent Digital Workplace Services 2023 Vendor Assessment. The IT major was recognised for its intelligent digital workplace services (IDWS) offerings that aim to humanise workplace experiences and build a resilient and sentient enterprise, delivering tangible business outcomes across enterprise productivity, employee experience, and financial performance.
The report also noted that Infosys places ‘human experience’ at the centre of its workplace offering citing Wongdoody, Infosys' full-service creative and consumer insights agency, which provides expertise to design bespoke workplace experience transformation journeys for customers and employees.
The IDC MarketScape assessed and analysed 11 IT service providers from Asia/Pacific region offering intelligent digital workplace services based on a comprehensive framework and set of parameters.
The report further acknowledged the IDWS offering by Infosys, supported by a host of robust solutions and platforms across the entire employee life cycle, encompasses EX transformation, engagement enhancement, talent attraction, and retention.
SFC India deploys Dassault Systemes’ 3D Experience solution
Dassault Systèmes has announced that SFC India, an environmental technology company providing advanced indigenous technologies in the field of municipal sewage and solid waste treatment, has deployed Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio of cloud solutions to advance its digital transformation journey across its design and development processes.
SFC India has been using 2D design models, and it has transitioned to complex 3D designs, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE Works on the cloud. Digitalisation has enabled SFC India to focus on developing innovative indigenous technology solutions for wastewater treatment by simulating operational scenarios in real-time.
This collaboration is driven by the need to overcome product development and design and production-related challenges, including data duplication of drawings and documents, lack of revision control, lack of a single platform for collaboration, and difficulty in tracking and retrieving old data for design revisions.
The use of 3DEXPERIENCE Works has reduced engineering time by half, allowing effective design validation with greater scope for incorporating changes.
LTIMindtree and SNP unveil solution for SAP migration
LTIMindtree, in collaboration with SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, has announced the launch of Fast Forward–a full lifecycle solution built to accelerate an enterprise’s migration to the SAP S/4HANA platform with minimal risk, while retaining the golden nugget of existing ERP.
It combines LTIMindtree’s global S/4HANA capability and industry knowledge with SNP’s CrystalBridge platform and Rapid Empty Shell Creation technology to transform existing SAP investments without having to fully redesign their legacy systems.
As part of the partnership, LTIMindtree and SNP will also set up a joint innovation centre to build tailored industry solutions for clients.
