I’m a Creative Director who grew up in a creative world and have over 15+ years’ experience creating the brand strategy, conception and design, integrated global advertising campaigns, building multiple global Fortunes and innovative digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, wearables, global social media platforms and emerging technologies. As a leader I walk behind my team to give them all opportunities to exceed in their life’s including sharing and expanding my knowledge and innovations, idea led, covers world-class teams with cultures that foster innovation and leadership.

I'm a founder and creative director at my venture which started by my name itself Manishsatija.com. Way back I understood the concept of creativity which derives from three words - Creation, Envision & Arty. So I came up with a mission and vision to establish creative branding agency in India | Delhi-NCR, one-stop enterprise that offers the complete range of creative related services like Corporate Branding (online & offline), Company and Domain name suggestions, Advertising Campaigns (print media, tv commercials, radio commercials, mobile campaigns), Event Organising, Graphics & Logo Designing, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), Web Designing & Development, Interiors & Exteriors Designing, Photography, Films and more. Still new as a startup, however in creative world every day it’s a new beginning with new ideas, new concepts and new designs. But have fewer clients included Bhaav Entertainment, GAA, Best Russia Travel, World Ticket Deals, and few more.

I previously worked as an IT + Creative Head at ATL where I led the digital design, content, and Networking and Internet for all 10 of ATL’s brands as well as leading design across all media for the ATL B2B loyalty program. Many logos brands, website portals through different innovation platform delivered across India.

I have just started writing Blog's talking about the challenges of being a designer and creative director, Advertising and Marketing, Social Causes, Relationships and Money, trying to become a better leader, fostering the creative process and my insights on digital innovation. Some of the platforms i blogged on WordPress, Behance, LinkedIn, Other Social Media platforms, And now in Wikipedia.

Being creative I’m also very sporty and love playing both outdoor and indoor games. Was an average student and academically wasn’t so strong so always end up getting just passing marks, but then that doesn’t stopped me to move into one direction where I have a path to follow my goals and achievements, So here I’m writing about my accomplishments. I was as good as in sports and same goes with creativity, but chosen my passion towards creativity at the end. Though I consider physical aspects as equally important with my work culture so give plenty of time into sports as well.

Life is so beautiful to explore in many ways, being stay positive about life make me easy to stay calm and happy to enjoy the life to the fullest. What’s makes me happy is to make other smiles, by good sense of humor or by becoming joker but conclusion at the end is to put smile on others. So life is cool in short!

Graduated from Arena Multimedia with ADIM + Maya, Born in New Delhi, India, 35 years of Age, Staying with parents and wife in Gurgaon, India. Keen learner, Design thinking leader, Believe in making other life betterment, Accomplished something but not everything.
