I was depressed, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, suicidal, unwanted, and all the negativity around. But God has different plans for you. Despite of all these gloomy emotions, my mind always wanted to live the life.
Dealing with depression requires action, but darkness always pulls you inside. Thinking about the same thing always keeps you occupied. Things that actually help the most in such situations are most difficult. You feel very much comfortable sitting alone in a dark room with your own self and “those” thoughts. You may not have much energy even to pick up your phone and make a call to a friend, family, relative or any loved one. Taking the first step is always difficult.
Actually, first step is to seek help. DON’T HESITATE TO SEEK HELP. Be it your friend, family, relative, or any loved one, you feel comfortable with. START TALKING. Don’t think of if’s and but’s for talking like what will that person think of me. It’s a taboo, I must not talk about it. Will that person understand me, whether that person will start ignoring me? And so many other thoughts! But actually don’t let these thoughts stop you. Just pick up your phone and make a call to whoever comes to your mind first.

Remember, never let yourself be pulled by negativity and try to push yourself towards actions. Actions may include exercising, talking, walking, meditation, reading, sporting, travelling, it may be any activity you like. All you have to do is just to get up and make the right choice.
RIGHT NOW YOU ARE ONE CHOICE AWAY FROM A NEW BEGINNING!
Subsequently, I would like to share that if we are hurt with something or someone, I know that is very difficult to surpass the emotion of anger, hurt, agony, but just give it a thought “is that emotion anyhow is able to satisfy your situation?” or “is it afflicting you even more?”. So, start forgiving. FORGIVE, BLESS and MOVE FORWARD. Primarily forgive yourself. Start changing yourself if you want to change the life around you.

When I decided to forgive myself and move forward, I looked into the mirror and said “I forgive myself for all the wrong choices I took in my life and now I take one right choice for myself to come out all the mess. I MATTER!” to myself.
Believe me! Make the right choice and love yourself. Life is a bliss, live it, cherish it, embrace it. Be Blessed.
