There are are few girls who are changing the society , inspiring the masses and motivating people to follow their dreams through their register section 8 company BUILDING DREAMS FOUNDATION. They believe they are not just equal. They are quiet capable of beating their male counter parts hands on.Indeed their story will prove us this .
They say they began their journey with a motto to educate , empower and entrepreneurship. There focus has been Education for all . As we all know only way to transform people is to educate them. Education for the members of BUILDING DREAMS FOUNDATION doesn't mean just book learning but much beyond this . They think that education should be something that will help people to stand on their own feet when harsh reality strike them .To make this happen they have started taking computer classes at government schools ,different slums , ashrams and orphanages .

When I asked JUHI PANDEY ,Director of Education of Building Dreams Foundation what is their plan ?
She replied quiet candidly ,
" Our focus is to make learning fun and interesting at various government schools we work with . You see even though most of our young generation goes to a government funded school even then education at government school is quiet inferior to that of private school . We don't blame any one for this . We believe in doing our part . Therefore we are introducing smart classes at various places we teach, for kids to explore the world, and ,to give than an insight how powerful the technology is. Soon we are planing to introduce skype based videos session . Where students from our various centre across the country will interact with each other."
Best part of her story is even though she is quiet busy with her startup even then she has managed to top her B.Tech 6th semester University exam . Oh !! yes they said they are more than equal .
BUILDING DREAMS FOUNDATION began their journey on 29th of August 2016. With their head office at Dehradun , Uttrakhand . Miss Abhipsha Rawat , President of BUILDING DREAMS FOUNDATION and B.tech 3rd year student , is very optimistic of their growth . She has to say ,
" Our idea is to reach out to more people across the country. As of now we are able to reach out to people of only six different states.They are WEST BENGAL ,KARNATAKA , ORRISA , BIHAR ,Uttar Pradesh and UTTRAKHAND . If we have to make more impact in the society our growth has to be taken care off"
As we know education is impossible in empty stomach and unhealthy body. They had been organising medical camp , food distribution drive and cloths distribution drive at regular interval.Conducting sex education for girls at various government schools is quiet common agenda for them.
When i asked SURBHI JAISWAL , director of finance of Building Dreams Foundation and a bds 3rd year student how do they manage the fund for doing whatever they do. What she said me is quiet unique in today's society .She says ,
" Every Thing that we do at BUILDING DREAMS FOUNDATION is financed by the members . We contribute by saving from our pocket money . We so far have spent more than a lakhs . It has been quiet tough for all of us to do what we believe in doing without any financial support . But since our mission is clear we can do everything to keep this going . Most of our members have stopped going out to expensive restaurant and stopped buying unnecessary things so that we can fund our project,"
To have young generation sacrifice for the society is quiet unique and eye opening . More was there to unfold .
They are even trying to help budding authors publish their books , amateur photographs to follow their dreams , women to start their own small scale business. Since Building Dreams Foundation has more female members in comparison to male . I asked their Director , Garima Mehra what is their plan for women in general.
"We want to empower women to come out of their nutshell and follow their dreams.Since , we are working with various slums . We have seen that they completely depend on their husband for money.Which is the reason for their kids are not taken good care off. Male members spent all their money on Alcohol. We want to start small scale for such women and make them self dependent . We working hard for this" she said
This April they are conducting a literary fest at Dehradun. So , that can help budding authors to follow their heart just like they do. They are really the game changers . Follow them for more updates
