UPI payments is a fairly new concept of payment in India that the RBI implemented to ease the life of a smartphone user and increase the span and importance of cashless transactions.

UPI stands for Unified Payments Interface that allows a same smartphone to make inter-bank fund transfers through a mobile app. In India we have android apps that facilitate UPI transactions at the click of your fingertips. A more secure way to make instantaneous money transfers.



This is a real time money transfer mode via cashless transaction through certain important components like – Virtual payment address called as VPA, a mobile number, a bank account number having certain IFSC code and QR code. The user can use any of these parameter to make inter-bank cashless transactions.

 

These are just a few technologies that make the cashless transaction world much simpler and easier to comprehend. Blending smartphone with payments technology I something that is evolving and can be transformed to something much more valuable and extra-ordinary.
