Wellness is the activity of sustained growth and balance in the seven elements of wellness. Many individuals think about “wellness” in terms of physical status only. The word express thoughts of exercise, nutrition, blood pressure, weight management etc.

Wellness, though is much more than physical health. It is a full combination of mental, physical, as well as spiritual being. It is a hard interaction that leads to quality life.

Wellness Is generally viewed as having seven dimensions. Each of these dimension contributes to our own sense of the quality of life, and each overlaps and affects the others.

At times one might be more important than others, but avoid of may one dimension for any time can have adverse effects on humans overall health.

It means knowing about and identifying symptoms of diseases, protecting yourself from injuries and getting regular checkups.

Developing good habits today will add years to your life and also enhance the fun and enjoyment to those added years.
