Ken co-founded Compellon and is President and CEO of the company.
He is also currently the President and CEO of MindFrame, a fast growing company delivering a unique, patented product used in the treatment of Ischemic Stroke.
From 2000 to 2009, Ken was CEO and President of Orqis Medical. Prior to Orqis, he spent 16 years with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where he served as President of the Bentley Division, President of New Business Initiatives for the Cardiovascular Surgery Division as well as Managing Director of Baxter Japan Cardiovascular Division.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Reshape Medical, is an independent director of Arges Imaging (recently acquired) and serves as a Board Member of the Southern California Biomedical Council.
Ken has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
