Vani Kola heads Kalaari Capital, one of India’s most prominent early-stage VCs. For over two decades, she’s founded and mentored young companies in Silicon Valley and in India. Her current role involves identifying first-time local entrepreneurs, who she believes, can go on to build global companies. She has led 30+ investments at Kalaari in ecommerce, gaming, digital content, healthcare, and more. Some of her biggest successes include Dream11, Myntra, Cure.fit, and Snapdeal. Vani is also a fan of LOTR, and believes that sometimes the smallest of things can change the course of history. Outside of work, she practises meditation and yoga.
