 Ludhiana industries chamber organises awareness session on finance for MSMEs

Creating awareness about the modern ways of finance among MSMEs, President, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertaking (CICU), Ludhiana, Upkar Singh requested industrialists to take advantages from the schemes for growth and development of MSMEs.

Speaking at an event organised by CICU-Ludhiana about new ways of SME finance, Singh said the main objective of the event was to make businessmen aware and updated about the transparency and clarity of finance and new ways of finance available for SMEs and micro industry.

CICU General Secretary Pankaj Sharma said, “Banks are willing to hold the hands of entrepreneurs by providing them with finance whenever the requirement arises.” He said that MSMEs should adopt modern scientific technologies, digitisation, and other contemporary ways of surviving this competitive era.

During the event, Head of the BSE SME exchange Ajay Thakur informed businessmen about the services of BSE SME Exchange.

The event was attended by more than 150 industrialists, including Vinod Thapar, Charnjeet Singh, Rajneesh Bansal, HS Pahwa, SB Singh, and others, according to media reports.
