He will be among the first to say that a great idea takes a lot of hard work to fully materialize. They had some trouble with “Product Framework. They were third time lucky with their concepts says Azhagarasan “We experimented with 2 frameworks and failed. Third one was successful.”
He has also learnt since then that marketing can be one’s Achilles hell. He says
“Took 'sales role' as easy. But it’s not easy.”
They add employees through referrals only, and are currently fully staffed. Azhagarasan adds that he is proud that they have “retained pool of resources and first set of clients”

Azhagarasan has some practical advice to give to entrepreneurs in the making and says
“Cut cost wherever possible. Don’t worry about big guys... In fact, they worry about the budding ones and realize that they do not have the expertise, the budding ones have.”
