Amit Grover, an IIT-IIM graduate, has launched Nurture Talent Academy, India’s 1st Training Institute for Entrepreneurs, providing 360 degree training and mentoring on legal, IPR, capital raising and marketing planning, in Mumbai. The startup has announced its 1 month NTP - Nurture Talent Program, a structured training program for budding entrepreneurs. The objective of the program is to provide relevant skills to entrepreneurs in the areas of finance, legal, sales and marketing, human resources and information technology. The program will also help entrepreneurs prepare their business plans and pitch to investors.

As per Amit, “The vision is to foster entrepreneurship and help startups during the most critical phase of their company lifecycle. We aim to generate over 20000 jobs in 3-5 years through these startups, assuming each of them create 20 jobs on an average.”

The experts who will conduct the program include an impressive set of angel investors, successful entrepreneurs and experienced professionals.

The company aims to reach out to entrepreneurs in other cities in the future.
