Sodexo announces its new strategic positioning for India

Mumbai, March 10, 2010: Sodexo, a world leader in Quality of Daily Life Solutions, unveiled its new strategic positioning. Sodexo’s Group Executive Committee has identified India as one of it’s top 3 growth markets in Asia.

Sodexo India serves around 10,000 clients and over 3 million customers everyday through a workforce of close to 30,000. The country is looking at a double digit growth within the next ten years.

Speaking on the significance of India for its global plans, Sodexo CEO, Michel Landel, said,

With an increased focus on India, the Sodexo India strategy will encompass Motivation solutions and On-site service solutions. These solutions, designed, managed and delivered by Sodexo, enable clients to enhance their performance and accelerate their development.
