What makes your business idea and model unique?

Differentiator is the indigenous technology which helps us provide the complex voice based switches and other telephony components at a fraction of the cost of products made available by the multinational companies. We have a technology which can be used even by a very small enterprise to automate its voice based process and transaction and become globally competitive.

What plans do you have for enhancing and improving your business idea?

The plan is to keep innovating technically and creating innovative delivery models for our product and services for our global audience and keep ahead of the competition.

What is the biggest misconception that you had as an amateur entrepreneur?

We initially believed that the Indian Government would help us in our endeavor and were under the illusion that entrepreneurs especially software startups get lot of support from the government which is never the case.

How has your company “Towards Vision Technologies” progressed since 2006?

After our first product launch in 2006 we have grown from strength of 10 members to 55 members team and our customer base is now around 300 big and small customers across Indian and abroad. We are headquartered at Gurgaon with sales offices in Mumbai and Banglore.

What do you consider your biggest achievement and appreciation?

Our biggest achievement is our 300 satisfied customers

Our customers’ appreciation and repeat orders are the biggest appreciation

What do you believe guides an entrepreneur to success?

If you believe you can do it then never give up and never think about what money will you make but think about what value you will create for the people

What must an (Indian) entrepreneur focus on to remain progressive?

How to remain focused and not get carried away to soon too much by the money that they can make
