OneBazaar.com is a venture by Cosmic Retail Group, founded by Adam Arora. This E-shopping site gives one of the best deals on the internet today and offers great electronics with some of the lowest prices possible. While the biggest USP of OneBazaar.com is its wide range in electronic products like Mobile Phones, Apple Products, iPods,and Processors its adherence to Customer Satisfaction is the factor that is propelling it ahead.

How did your entrepreneurial journey begin? How did the business idea for OneBazaar.com come about?

After gaining a certain amount of experience in the retail sector, I was very clear that I wanted to establish something of my own. Initially, I wanted to open up a retail centre in each of the cities but then I got drawn upon the e-Commerce portals.  The technology, infrastructure, setting up the content for e-commerce portals was not new, but we wanted to specialize in electronics. We worked on specializing in the sale of electronic items. Within a few months we will be creating something called the 3D Interface of the Electronic Items. We will have video reviews of the electronic product since we realize that electronics is such an item where the touch and feel is very important for a customer to get convinced to buy a product. With the 3D Interface, we are trying to reduce the gap between what a customer sees and what he eventually purchases.


How do you ensure customer satisfaction in an online environment?

At OneBazaar.com there are quite a few things we are doing differently to enhance the customer`s experience:

  • Responsibility of getting the product repaired/replaced: If a customer purchases a product from us and if something goes wrong with the product, we take it back from the customer get it repaired/replace by the company and deliver it back to the customers
  • Delivery on time: We treat all our customers equally and that is why all our shipments are sent only through express service to match our On-Time Delivery
  • Packaging Quality: We realize the importance of a good packaging from a customer`s point of view and we use the best packaging quality available in the market  

What are the key differentiators for OneBazaar.com?

  • LIVE chat feature which will enable customers to discuss their queries LIVE
  • SMS updates on the status of shipment from the second you make your payment
  • EMI options on some of the electronic equipments
  • Retail Outlets where once a customer has booked a product online he/she can go to the retail outlet and redeem his coupon to purchase
