LetsIntern.com has partnered with FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia, global leader in training, to create Career Launch Pad, a unique initiative that helps bridge the gap between the academic and corporate world. Career Launch Pad is a platform that connects premier companies to ambitious students with well-honed corporate skills.
Career Launch Pad will provide advanced corporate skills training to 500 students from top colleges in Delhi/NCR. Each student will attend a 3-day industry-approved workshop covering communication skills, corporate etiquette, business acumen and personal effectiveness. The curriculum has been designed in consultation with FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia and will be delivered by their experts. In addition, Microsoft S2B will lead the training on corporate reporting and MS Office, while recruitment specialist Skill Span will help students improve their resumes and hone their interview skills. The corporate skills training sessions will be followed by placement days which will provide new-age businesses an exclusive opportunity to recruit the freshly-trained students. Participation in the Placement Days is free for companies. At the event, company representatives will have an opportunity to interact with students that match their requirements.
The LetsIntern team will shortlist profiles for the companies and coordinate the interview and selection process. Undergrad students in their 1st/2nd year can be hired as interns at no cost and a nominal charge of Rs. 5000 prevails on hiring a 3rd year student/fresh graduate for a full time position.
