First airport in India to go live on Twitter and Facebook
Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd.(MIAL) today announced the launch of the social media initiative for Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport(CSIA). CSIA has the unique distinction of being the first and only airport in India to go live on social media with a dedicated Facebook page and Twitter handle. With this, MIAL now offers its passengers and customers updated information on new services and latest developments at CSIA along with a platform for giving feedback on facilities and services, all in real time. Additionally, passengers remain connected and have access at all times to information on special offerings, retail options, F&B and duty free shopping at CSIA.
