AppOnCloud Mumbai: A Big "Thank You" to All Involved

On a day when Sachin Tendulkar scored his 100th century and Pranab Mukherjee delivered the annual budget address in the Parliament, there were a group of people ensconced in the classy and comfortable environs of the auditorium at the Wellingkar Institute in the heart of Mumbai, discussing the future of every business undertaking in the world – the cloud. The AppOnCloud conference, powered by Windows Azure and organized by CloudStory.in that happened yesterday, had some of the finest minds in the cloud industry, speaking about the advent of cloud computing and the use cases that have fuelled remarkable entrepreneurial ventures across the world. This “thank you” goes out to that eclectic bunch.

We’d like to express our gratitude to our guest of honour Mr.Yousef Khalidi, Distinguished Engineer, Windows Azure, for spending quality time with the entrepreneurs and developers gathered to hear his insights into how the cloud has transformed the entire IT setup process and how it has opened the flood gates in terms of business ideas that could not be even imagined before, through on-demand scaling.

Also, we convey our thanks to the VC and angel investors, who covered the business ramifications of being in the cloud computing space and transmitted their excitement about the domain.
