Unveiling the Finalists of EduStars 2012

Edustars, a platform for early stage entrepreneurs in the education sector from across the country has been recognizing, facilitating and provide meaningful support to emerging startups in the education space through their campaign this year.So far, the program has recognized 3 outstanding education startups in each leg of the campaign and paired them with appropriate industry experts for mentorship. The mentors of this program include Alok Lahoti, Executive Vice President, Macmillan Publishing, Dilip Chenoy, MD & CEO, National Skill Development Corporation, Meena Ganesh, CEO and MD, Pearson Education Services, Narendra Bhandari, Director, Intel Software & Services Group – Developer Relations Division (Asia Pacific), D Sudhanva, Founder CEO of Excelsoft & Past Chairman, CII Mysore Zone and Vijay Shukla, Managing Partner, Eduvisors

With over 140 applications received from education startups during EduStars campaign, the campaign has seen overwhelming response. With just 2 days to go for the EduStars Grand Finale, Team YourStory is proud to unveil the finalists of Edustars who will be present at the Grand Finale of EduStars 2012.

Apart from the above finalists, BrainNook (chosen as the EduStar of the final leg of the campaign) along with the other two finalists, LearnSocial and Oliveboard will be presenting at the Grand Finale of EduStars on this Saturday, August 25, 2012.
