One Assist Ties Up With HDFC to Provide New Card Owners with Protection Services

One Assist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd, an assistance company, was founded in 2011 by Gagan Maini and Subrat Pani and has two primary offerings: Wallet Assist and Everyday Assist. One Assist recently announced its partnership with HDFC Cards.With this partnership, all new HDFC bank Credit Card customers will get assistance and protection services of their wallets and important documents. With time, the bank has plans to enable these services to all it existing customers as well.

All OneAssist members will be able to access the primary service of blocking their cards by calling just one number, instead of hunting for various Banks’ contact numbers. EverydayAssist members get the additional benefit of protecting their smartphones as well. This includes continuous back-up of the smartphone data and a temporary courtesy handset in the loss of the existing one. The customers enabling the OneAssist service will also get the DocuSafe feature enabled. With DocuSafe, you can keep our documents safely on an online storage on a high-level encrypted OneAssist server.
