How a Twitter Chat works:
- Participants and moderators follow and take part in the conversations by tracking and using a particular hashtag : #eSparks ( The moderator uses the hashtag while asking the questions, the panelists and participants will answer and use the hashtag while doing so)
- Tools like http://tweetchat.com/ OR http://tweetgrid.com/ can be used.
- Moderator @yourstorydotin will tweet key questions pertaining to this topic. ( For example: Q1: What are the trends you're seeing w.r.t eCommerce in India #esparks )
- Each question will be discussed through responses from the participants ( For example: A1: Shift in payment methods #esparks )
- Through these conversations the moderator, panelists and participants will discuss, debate and bring forth various perspectives and resources related to the topic.
The issues we will be discussing are:
Q1) How often do you buy online (eg. number of times per month)?
Q2) From how many online stores has an average Indian shopped?
Q3) Are we seeing a shift from cash-on-delivery to online payment?
Q4) What is the biggest hurdle for eCommerce in India?
Q5) What are three innovative e-Commerce marketing strategies you have come across?
Q6) Would you say funding is increasing or drying up in the eCommerce space?
Q7) What are your three predictions for India’s eCommerce market in the coming years?
