We at YourStory are hosting Silicon Valley’s startup legal veteran, Anil Advani, Managing Partner, Inventus Law at our office on Wednesday 22nd May.Anil has spent the last 13 years practicing law in Silicon Valley at powerhouse law firms like Cooley Godward and Orrick Herrington, and recently started his own law firm, Inventus Law. During this period, he has represented over 900 startup companies, founders, angel and venture capital investors, and been involved in almost 200 financing and M&A transactions valued at over $1 billion in aggregate. He is also particularly involved with India-focused public companies, investment banks, financial institutions and venture funds on acquisitions, financings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Anil is also licensed to practice law in India, and has represented U.S based investors and U.S. public and mid-size technology companies in investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic expansion with India based companies. Inventus Law frequently represents a number of India companies looking to expand into the U.S. market with legal structuring, financings, and acquisitions all across the world, including Africa, the U.K., Australia and Asia-Pacific.
