Shailendra Singh has been with Sequoia Capital for over seven years, including three years in Sequoia Capital's Silicon Valley office. He focuses on Technology, Internet, Mobile and Services investments, across stages and has been involved with more than twenty investments at Sequoia Capital. His investments include the likes of Mu Sigma, JustDial, Via, iYogi, GlobalLogic, UnitedLex, Sourcebits, Druva, Freecharge, Pangea3 (acquired by Thomson Reuters), Practo. Prior to Sequoia Capital, Shailendra worked at Bain & Co in New York.
He has also donned the hat of an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley during the dot com bubble. Shailendra holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Mumbai and is also a Kauffman Fellow.
