Go on a gastronomical adventure at the Signature Tastings with Caroline Martin and Ranveer Brar

More often than not, these dreams are left on the backburner. Yet there are those who make the choice to step away and risk it all to live their dream.

Signature has always been known for celebrating such people and their journeys, and this time around they are blending this with some whisky and great food. Welcome to the Signature Tastings, a masterclass featuring master blender Caroline Martin and master chef Ranveer Brar, where both experts will get to showcase their expertise in their respective fields.

Signature Tastings with the Master Blenders will be held across five cities from February 19-23, kicking off from Bangalore, and moving on to Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Guwahati respectively. The event will see both Caroline and Ranveer talking about their experience of blending their passions for whisky and food together, with an audience that will include food celebrities, food bloggers, and whisky enthusiasts.

A well-known name in the whisky master blending circles, Caroline has been a part of the industry for over 32 years now. Hailing from Scotland, she studied Home Economics with Food Recipe Development at Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh. She has developed immense experience in nosing whiskey samples over time. The masterclass will see Caroline talk about about her passion for whisky-making, and curating Signature cocktail drinks. The session will also include whiskey-tasting and appreciation.

The Punjabi munda has come a long way since cooking sweet rice for a langar at the age of 11. Today, his restaurants are in cities such as Mumbai and Boston, and he’s busy judging cooking shows on television. Ranveer Brar is one of the most celebrated chefs in the world and for good reason. He’ll talk about this journey and more during his Signature Masterclass with Master Blenders. He will also curate a food menu to pair with Caroline’s Signature Premier Whisky creations.
