YourStory gets experts discussing the Future of Work

As 'Uberisation of jobs' becomes the norm, the YourStory's Future of Work conference acted as a timely and relevant brainstorming event that threw up thought-provoking questions. The event witnessed some brilliant minds exchanging ideas and knowledge on topics that ranged from technology and future jobs, to diversity and data science and brought together startups, corporates, CXOs and hiring managers.

Information and technology have changed people, the way they work and view the world around them. At the Future of Work conference, panelists spoke on the impact of technology on the future, how India is culturally dynamic, which will blend technology and people, and ultimately make people productive. “Jobs are going to be impacted by technology,” says Sean Blagsvedt, founder of BabaJob.

Rishabh Kaul, Co-founder, Belong, speaking at the Future of Work conference, said, "Today, there will be more and more roles where there will be lesser supply and will be a lot of first-timers. This means companies need to be willing to take more risks... When the right people come together at the right time for the right reason, amazing things happen".
