Mind cafe aims to provide accessible and affordable counseling services for individuals from all strata of society to discuss their emotional problems. Founded in 2018, the Chennai based counseling space was created with the purpose of removing the stigma around seeking professional help for mental health. There are currently three centers in Chennai that offer this service. Mind cafe consists of a team of six psychologists who are trained exclusively for addressing emotional problems utilising brief therapy. They also provide a tool , Mindfulness to all clients that helps to live life in the present. They offer different types of sessions, such as mobile counseling, home counseling and mentoring.

Based on the vision of Mind cafe, to make counselling easily accessible and affordable, we partnered with Sri Kola saraswathi healthcare centre at purasaiwalkam . The unconventional setting of counselling was the USP that helped us reach out

Sep | Company Incorporation

Mind cafe was launched at Chepauk, on sep 10th ,2018. The proprietor of Vummidi Bangaru Jewelry inaugurated the function. The logo launch was organized the earlier month in the presence of our Honourable former DGP, &MLA Dr.Natrajan .

Mar | Raised Funding

The fund raising event was organized in mind cafe premises , along with womens day celebration. We had sound therapy workshop , which was well received by the audience . More than 60 people participated for the event.

Mar | Strategic Partnership

Mind cafe , expanded its branch ,in partnership with Sai health care multi speciality hospital at mylapore on March 10th,2019. Dr.Harish Kumar, the MD of hospital and the Founder of Mind cafe believed in providing holistic health care to people
