The best part about 1st January 2018 is that it’s on Monday

High achievers, for sure, are going to begin their day with a killer morning routine, workout/run, good breakfast, and doing what they love. There is a reason why a lot of people care about the new beginnings —

Well Begun is Half Done

Aristotle’s one of the widely quoted words.

A good beginning almost assures success.

This is the first day of 2018. While many believe that it’s just another day, another date, we are recognizing this moment to leverage the power and magic of new beginnings.

In the book ‘Thoughts become things, Choose them wisely’, Mike Dooley writes about how our mind creates a real-world 3D experience for us. In other words, our thoughts are the DNA of this universe. When we think strongly about something and our action resonates on the same, the thoughts do come to reality.

The Great Secret of Life is ‘The Law of Attraction’. The Law of Attraction can also be called ‘The Law of Creation’. In other words, life is not happening to you, you are creating it. — The Secret

Dedicate More Time to Learning

Future belongs to those who learn new things, especially that which could not be replaced by the automation.

Take these words and put them to the core of your new year. Invest more in learning and prepare for the technology-dominated world. Learn what excites you, learn what is interesting to you, or simply take your hobbies to another level.

“It’s better to develop hobbies and interests than to have ideas about things.” ― Marty Rubin

Learn about subjects other than what you need in your professional life. Explore your areas of interests and feed the curious mind.

View The World as Abundant

In life, we can choose between viewing the world as abundant or limited in terms of love, relationship, wealth, and resources.

With Abundance Mindset, you believe that the love, wealth, resources, and opportunities are in abundance out in the world. This mentality helps you improve your performance since you are putting a lot fewer anxieties and pressure within your mind.

With Abundant Mindset, people believe that they can afford what they want.

Develop The Ability of Critical Thinking

Critical Thinking is crucial when we learn and practice things which requires the attention of both, conscious and subconscious mind.

This is an ability worth investing time in. The problem solvers and frugal innovators are running this world. The likes of Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Jack Ma are the people who have mastered the ability of Critical Thinking. This puts them 10 times ahead of everyone else and they see things happening, coming, or failing before anyone else could.

The key to developing the ability to think critically is, Read a lot and create a lot. New, every single time.

Call To Action —

What’s your Theme for 2018?

Your theme doesn’t define your year, it is the other way round.

Identify what matters most and what you aim to achieve, then make your theme revolve around the same. It could be a mix of two to three words or a quote that you want to live by. But, more importantly, it should give a clear idea of what are you looking to achieve by the end of this Year.

Do a little self-talk, Literally.

“This is the year I’ve been preparing for, all my life.”

Dive into 2018 with this thought and you’ll not lose motivation any soon.

You’ll Be More Disappointed
By The Things That You Didn’t Do
Than By The Ones You Did Do.
