After many attempts made to enter the grocery market in tire 3 cities we are finally succeeded with a concept of Deliver Kirana.
People in tier 3 cities they need best price (high discounts),quality product,quality service.To satisfy the customers we started a website named as www.deliverkirana.com,here we started linking up with all the local dealers (all brands) and started delivering the products to the customers at distributor prices when we deliver the product to them.We charge a deliver cost of Rs.50 for the service provided.Our customers started feeling happy because because they are getting every single product at the distributor price (best price in the market).
As many people are not internet users in tier 3 cities we started taking orders through Phone,Whats app which is highly preferred by the people here and they felt more comfort when they talk or chat.70% of the orders we get from Phone & Whats app the rest from Website.Recently we started a order collecting points where people can drop their order list and we deliver their order at their door steps.
The main key points of our Business are,Pricing,return and refund policy and our in time delivery.
We are going good with a good number of orders and planning to expand the service to more cities in next coming days.
