We often miss to acknowledge all that we are getting from the world and the people around us in our day to day life, usually taking things for granted. Abhar Utsav, the Gratitude Week (15th to 21st of November), is an opportunity to reflect about the contributions of important people in our lives and practice thankfulness. Gratitude is a simple and yet powerful attitude to strengthen connections, reduce our ego and hone Happiness.

Abhar Utsav started as a small gesture by some volunteers at a shelter home in Navi Mumbai, and now has become a globally driven initiative. With young people in India, USA, China, Vietnam, Brazil, Spain and several other countries celebrating Abhar Utsav, it will surely touch more than a million hearts this year.
