Abhar Utsav, the Gratitude Week (15th to 21st of November), is an opportunity to reflect about the contributions of important people in our lives and practice thankfulness. Gratitude is a simple and yet powerful attitude to strengthen connections, reduce our ego and hone Happiness.

Abhar Utsav started as a small gesture by some volunteers at a shelter home in Navi Mumbai, and now has become a globally driven initiative. With young people in India, USA, China, Vietnam, Brazil, Spain and several other countries celebrating Abhar Utsav, it will surely touch more than a million hearts this year.
