WhatsApp Chatbot – a great tool for school/colleges

These days schools use WhatsApp groups to send information to the parents about the college rules, exam schedules and updates on college events.

But if we want to send the same information to whole college students parents? So just imagine there are 1000 students in a school and I want to send School day schedule to all the parents. That’s where WhatsApp groups fall short. Or I could use WhatsApp broadcast but that has a limit of 256 contacts! But, this is time-consuming. Teaching job is hard enough as it is. Teachers have to teach subjects also besides that have to be active in other school activities, have to call and inform the parents and get the confirmation regarding some events. This really makes the teachers’ life hard.

Today, there are lots of new tools or software’s developed, by using that we can reach lots of people in a second. This is not only more effective but can be a great time-saving thing for overloaded teachers. WhatsApp marketing and WhatsApp Chabot are some examples of tools that could help.

Once they send the reply it will directly connect to the WhatsApp Chatbot and remaining work will be done by the Chabot. If any changes in the schedule of the event or any other details about the event, Chabot will automatically send the update. It will work like if you subscribe on YouTube channel and you will get the recent video notification from that channel.

By using this tools teachers work will be made much easier and they will get the count of how many people are going to attend the program.
