MSME Ministry launches e-newsletter ‘MSME Insider’

Taking a step towards making the MSME-focused organisations and associations aware about the latest news and important events, programmes, policies and schemes related to MSMEs, the Ministry of MSME launched MSME Insider, its monthly e-newsletter.

The newsletter was launched by Giriraj Singh, Union Minister of State for MSME, with a vision to make the sector more vibrant and dynamic.

MSMEs not only play a crucial role in providing large employment opportunities at comparatively lower capital cost than large industries, but also helps in industrialisation of rural and backward areas, thereby reducing regional imbalances, assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealth.

MSMEs are complementary to large industries as ancillary units and this sector contributes enormously to the socio-economic development of the country.

The Ministry launched the e-newsletter to make MSME centric readers more informed, keeping in mind its importance and role for the future development.
