The Private Equity International India Forum 2009 on 7-8 October 2009 in Mumbai

PEI Media and the Indian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (IVCA), in conjunction with global strategic partner, the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) is organizing ‘The Private Equity International India Forum 2009’ on 7-8 October 2009 at The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai. .


The second annual India forum has major attraction as opening keynote by Deepak S Parekh, Chairman, HDFC on The role of private equity in building sustainable businesses and keynote address by Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman - Planning Commission, Government of India on The next chapter for India. There will be an interview of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Partner, Rare Enterprises (Interviewee) on picking winners: sectors that matter.


In forum there will be sessions on 


How will buyouts take off in India? - Is buyout a term that even applies in India?
