Meeting places already equipped with computers can opt for white board system with Smart meeting Pro and meeting places that do not have a computer installed can choose whiteboard system along with a collaborative appliance. A business user also has an option in Smart meeting Pro collaboration platform(Microsoft Windows Operating System only) and is configured with Bridgit 4.0 software which can perform the above mentioned tasks.
