Meet Samar Qureshi, who is on the fast track with his chain of quick service restaurants Fast Trax Food. Starting up in 2005 with Rs 5 Cr today the venture has grossed a turnover of Rs 30 Cr. With 22 outlets in North India Samar is now looking to set up 50 more restaurants in tier 1 and tier 2 cities across the country.

And meet India’s very own Burger man, Sunil Cherian who decided to cash in on the fast food frenzy in India with his venture BurgerMan Foods. Operating out of kiosks this fast food retail chain operates 115 kiosks in South India and is looking to gross a turnover of Rs 5 Cr this year.
