To avail the facility, users need to provide details like email id, phone number, preferred timing, day for the visit, and pick-up point. The feature also contains all details of the projects such as built-up area, builders’ name, possession date etc. The company also plans to offer luxury cars like Mercedes and BMW to visit high-end projects.
Speaking on the launch, Sumit Jain, Co-founder and CEO, CommonFloor.com said, “Real estate is a location play, and people do not buy a house until they have physically seen the project and location. As a real estate portal we see ‘site visit’ as an extension of our services from providing information online to actually going on ground and increasing the depth of engagement with our customers and builders. We expect a lot of traction for this facility in the coming days.”
Fueled by recent $7.5 million funding CommonFloor has been adding new features more frequently. Recently, it launched an offline discussion forum for communities called ‘RightStep’ where they invite experts from different walks of life to talk to about improving the quality of life around homes.
