This is one of my favorite. The book helped me to alter my eating habits. The book contains insights on how habit can benefit individuals, societies, and organizations. The habit loop of cue, routine and reward is well explained. The techniques can help you alter your respond to different cues. Definitely worth a read.

This book explains how social media usage affects our productivity. Answers why people who practice deep work in a distracted world excels. It has different techniques used by famous personalities. A must read book, if you feel your days are unproductive.
