The 10 steps to create a major life change:
1. Clear your thoughts
The first thing in creating the change is to understand why you need the change. Focus on your intention and try to be more specific, what is it exactly that you want to improve.
2. Think over your decision
Once you have decided why and where you want a major change, meditate over it. Center yourself, close your eyes and breathe slowly.
3. Imagine
Moving forward can feel scary, if we give up everything we have, we’ll have nothing left. But the truth is once we move, we see our life moving as well, it fills the space with new connections, ideas. Visualize, see the changes you want. Imagine what can be possible when you create a space for something new.
4. Stop worrying
Over analyzing the move you’re about to make can stop you from the change you desire. If you’re trying to figure out what happens if or what if it goes wrong, it’s time to quit thinking and start doing. Once you make the move only then can you comprehend the situation. Stop worrying, feel the energy, the craving and step forward.
5. Risk failure
It is completely natural to fear something new but our fear sometimes lead us to imagine the worst possible scenario, failure. The fear of failing can cease your idea of change. Blaming ourselves for not having the courage for the change will not help at all. Complaining can make you feel less of yourself and the negative thinking only wastes your energy. Believe in yourself and direct your passion to what you desire.
