From Engineering graduate to Enterprenur ...!!

Coming from a small town from Tamil Nadu, my aim was to graduate from a top University in Chennai and get placed in a job. Got placed in one of the top colleges in Chennai (SVCE) and Completed my B.tech . I always wanted to start a boutique or something related to fashion. As my family was not from business background ,they wanted me to get a job and settle. They felt business will always lead to failure..Got an offer  as Hr-Recruiter for automobile industry. A good job with a decent pay but I was not satisfied with my work life.I always wanted to start something on my own , So I decided to quit my job and started on with my dream..!!

 Starting a business was my aim, but I had no clue about how ,where and what Am going to do...Started to do research on many products .Finally found some interesting products , Party type clutch bags and purses ..Now a days every women wants to carry a clutch or purse that matches their suits or sarees for every special occasions . Inorder to satisfy that need started with handmade box clutches.Our products include both ethnic and formal types clutch bags &slings. Initially started with less quantity . I concentrated more on handmade and Made in India products only. After a great response for my collections I started to manufacturer our own designs..Right from raw materials I personally made some research went down to the market to find out people's requirement...Initally I started with my savings and later on with my friend & family supported me for capital investment...All our collections are handmade by craftsmen ..We are completely online based. Sales and promotions was completely through Facebook groups & whatsapp..... Being an online business faced many challenges..Right from getting orders to completion of order . Big challenge was to gain customer satisfaction and their trust...In online business packaging and logistics was most important ones ...Getting a right courier partner was the another tough job for us...Had many ups & downs but never lost my hope .... Got a good response for all my collections .Now we serve to many customers within India and few customers in abroad. Your Story played an important role. Many people's story made me motivated and was a good platform to learn from others story. For every women and young graduates who wants to start something on their own take risk and always be ready to accept loss ...
