ElsaMarie D’Silva is the Founder and CEO of Safecity that crowdmaps sexual harassment in public places, and is a 2015 Aspen New Voices Fellow. Her focus has been on women and youth empowerment in the area of gender violence. She is also a trained counselor in directive and non-directive techniques. She is also a board member of the Red Dot Foundation Global, Red Foundation, X Prize, M.A.D.
