His articles are primarily oriented towards brand building, new product development, design thinking, and entrepreneurial trends, among others. As he mentioned in one of his articles: “An enduring brand is not just meant for drawing a premium from your customers, but also to secure preferred investments and attract the best of the talent to work for you.” His articles on design thinking were also received well by YourStory readers. In one of the articles he explained design thinking myths, including that it is meant only for the hi-tech industry and that one must have customers in place etc. However, in actuality, one need not go through all the stages of design thinking to solve a problem. “Think of it more as a toolkit than a prescribed course. Secondly, you can crash the journey into as short as one day, provided you work with heterogeneous participants and have done decent groundwork.”
