End-to-End Overseas Career Package

My Idea is to build an application that takes a IT candidate's profile and evaluates profile to match with the different country's work visa possibilities, come up with what is the different salary packages he/she can get for that profile in which country and then for a fee connect with different countries recruiters that process the application looking to hire overseas work visa, takes through each step of the process till he/she gets/does not get the work visa. Then once the person gets through the visa track each step of the candidates work in foreign country,Greencard, Citizenship status etc, build a dairy, savings/investment track record, suggest investment plans and generate net profit/loss for the overseas assignment.

This would help build milestone of achievements for the candidate, mine the records of similar profiles, suggest best steps forwards. This will be like a toolkit for the candidate throughout his/her life. Business Value this package adds would totally outweigh the cost of the package. This package can be sold via the overseas consultancy packages as well as through portals such as timesjobs.com, shine.com

Audience for this package would be candidates with at least 5 yrs experience in IT plus a number of factors such as hobbies, drive etc that would make them an ideal candidate to succeed in an overseas career,
